The throws training group will commence on Saturday 14 June at WAAS, 9.30am-11am.
Lyndsey Glass will coach and Damien Hanson will equip the group and manage when available.
Normal entry requirements apply i.e MAWA members pay $3 entry at the WAAS reception desk.
David Carr’s training group meets at WAAS from 8am on Saturdays so if you want to make a big morning of it you can train with David’s group then move on to throws training.
