Are you self critical if you miss a training session or fail to perform at your best? Do you struggle with having rest days and not training? Do you find it difficult when you can not train due to injury? Are you feeling tired or unmotivated towards training? Are you interested in finding out how to use your striving to perform at your best?

Researchers in Psychology at Curtin University are offering a free, online program for athletes aimed at helping them potentially improve performance through reducing self-criticism which may impede performance.  The aim is to help athletes get the most from their striving and achievement.  For more information please click on the following link to their website:
