30th AMA Winter Throws Championships
June 6-8, 2026
Domain Athletics Centre, Hobart, Tasmania
- Saturday – Individual events: hammer, shot put, discus, javelin, weight throw, and single arm weight throw (weight for distance). Championship dinner.
- Sunday – AMA Heavy Weight Pentathlon Championships and 56lb and 100lb weights.
- Monday – Throws Pentathlon and super weight.
