These Championships were incorporated into the Cape Town Marathon

Congratulations to our new World Champion – Astrid Roberts in the W50

Clare Wardle, Tim Inglis and Bob Lane all finished well up in their respective age categories

Members wishing to renew their membership should fill in this form, (fee is $50 metro, $40 country) – membership renewal form
